Coronovirus Impacts: Australia Post update, current as of 19/11/20

Parcels are shipped from Queensland. Your parcel may take longer to arrive if you live in an outback town, a remote community or there are adverse weather events in your area. If there is going to be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or by telephone, so please include a phone number with your order.

We ship via Australia Post - you will get the carrier-calculated rates at checkout automatically, unless the item qualifies for free shipping or a fixed rate. All rates received from Australia Post will depend on your location, order weight and parcel dimensions.

We do ship internationally, but may decline to ship to some locations, unless a wire transfer is made through Western Union.

Please note that we only use Australia Post International Standard, Express or Courier for overseas shipping, so that your order will be trackable online.
